Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all packaging intact.


Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed via online transfer only.

  • Once your return is approved, your refund will be initiated within 3 business days.

  • The refunded amount will be credited to your provided bank account or preferred transfer method.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. These will be clearly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.


Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a replacement item, please return your original order and place a new order separately.
